It seems that for some reason, this store cannot be found on some rating apps. So I scoured Xiaohongshu for all kinds of details and finally found the wechat account of this store.
Iwata now has a main building and a annex, which are actually right across the street. This one is owned by Master Iwamatsu, and Master Huang from the branch was also in this one before. It is said that a ramen restaurant will open in two months! I tried it today and it was really good! A reservation for two people at our hotel at 6 p.m. in August

Overall, the ingredients are still quite fresh, and the taste and other aspects are also quite good. Relatively speaking, it seems that a few dishes of wine are still better. This is the first dish. The overall taste is amazing. Especially when paired with the prepared sauce with seaweed, there is no fishy smell at all. The texture of the fish roe popping in the mouth is also excellent!
Mushroom scallop cheese tempura
The flour layer on the outside of tempura is very thin, and the moisture of the food inside is well locked in. I originally thought that adding cheese would be too greasy, but the mushrooms and scallops on both sides did a great job of washing away the greasiness of the cheese.
